Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 014-420-076-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-644) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities include approx. 9,912sqft mature canopy in fourteen (14) 6’x118’ rows. Existing support infrastructure includes a permitted onsite groundwater well, 10’x11’ compost area, 32’x36’ shop for harvest storage, processing, immature canopy and admin hold area; a 35’x35’ compost area, a 2,500-gallon and two (2) 5,000-gallon water storage tanks. There is a permitted onsite septic system that services the project’s wastewater needs. Power for the project is provided by TPUD.
