Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of Outdoor located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 024-300-005-00. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-797) and will be applying for an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control. Cultivation activities include development of (256) 4’x4’ cultivation boxes for mature canopy and two (2) existing 6’x30’ hoop houses for immature canopy. Other supporting structures includes: a 20’x20’ cannabis waste and composting area; a 4’x6’ pump house; and a 2,500-gallon water storage tank. Proposed development will include the development of six (6) 10’x12’ sheds for petroleum storage, agricultural chemical and pesticide storage, packaging and post-harvest processing that will become harvest storage. All proposed reconfiguration activities will be installed in previously disturbed areas. No tree or bursh removal is proposed. Power for this project will be provided by Trinity PUD, water will be supplied by a permitted well, and a permitted septic will serve for the Project’s wastewater needs.
