Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 016-200-050-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-473) and currently holds an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0002397, Expires on 2025-01-07). Cultivation activities include approx. 5,301sqft of mature canopy in eleven (11) 5’x10’ beds, (52) 6’x6’ boxes, (113) 5’x5’ boxes and five (5) 3’x3’ boxes for mature canopy and a 30’x36’ greenhouse for immature canopy. Existing support infrastructure a 10’x12’ shed for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage; a 10’x12’ shed for packaging and harvest storage; a 20’x20’ composting area for cannabis waste; two (2) 2,500-gallon for water storage; and a 270-gallon and a 350-gallon tank for nutrient mixing. Proposed activities include construction of multiple structures on previously disturbed area; a 20’x60’ building and a 16’x20’ shed for processing as well as a 10’x12’ shed for harvest storage. Power is provided by Trinity PUD; an onsite permitted groundwater well will be utilized for domestic and irrigation use; and a permitted septic located on APN:016-200-024 (also associated with CCL-124) will supply the project’s wastewater needs.
