Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 015-170-040. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-798) and will be applying for an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control. Cultivation activities include approx. 5,088 SF of mature outdoor canopy area consisting of (140) 4’ pots and (80) 3.5’ pots for mature canopy, plants are approximately 6 ft in diameter; a 20’x60’ greenhouse is used for immature canopy. Existing support infrastructure includes an 8’x8’ cannabis waste composting area, 20’x40’ building with agricultural chemical/pesticide storage and processing that will become harvest storage, a permitted groundwater well for both agricultural and domestic purposes; a 500-galllon, a 550-gallon, and two (2) 660-gallon nutrient mixing tanks; and a 200-gallon, a 2,500-gallon, a 2,750-gallon, and a 5,000-gallon water storage tank. The project proposes to replace the (80) 3.5’ pots with (40) 4’ pots for a total of (180) 4’ pots for mature canopy. On-site septic system is permitted and power for the project is provided by two (2) small Honda generators with plan for installation of an additional generator and solar panels.
