Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 011-210-078-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-808) and has an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; LCA24-0000171). Cultivation activities include up to 10,000 sf of mature canopy in four (4) proposed 25’x100’ hoop houses and four (4) 25’x100’ proposed hoop houses for immature canopy. Existing support infrastructure includes three (3) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks, a 10’x12’ shed for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage, and a 20’x20’ composting area for cannabis waste. Additional proposed development activities include the construction of a 40’x60’ building for processing and harvest storage, and the installation of seven (7) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks and two (2) 500-gallon nutrient mixing tanks. Attachment K, letter from Registered Professional Forester identifies that the proposed development area is not Timberland; therefore, a less than 3-acre conversion permit is not required for the proposed tree removal. Proposed development activities do not include grading or additional ground disturbance. Water for the project is provided by a permitted onsite groundwater well and a Point of Diversion (POD) from Mill Creek for domestic and agriculture; a permitted onsite septic will serve as the project’s waste water needs; power for the project is provided by Trinity PUD with a backup generator less than 50hp. SPECIAL NOTE:
1. Implementation of additional erosion control measures as identified in the Site management Plan will be verified upon MMRP verification inspection.
