Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor cultivation located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 014-440-041-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-736) and currently holds an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Provisional Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL22-0001382, Expires on 2025-09-27). Cultivation activities include approx. 9,800sf cannabis cultivation in (200) 5’x5’ cultivation boxes for mature canopy. Existing support infrastructure includes a 10’x12’ shed for agricultural chemicals and pesticides; a 5’x5’ cannabis waste area; three (3) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks; and a 275-gallon nutrient mixing tank. Proposed construction activities include the installation of a 20’x50’ hoop house for immature canopy, a 40’x20’ structure for harvest storage and a 40’x20’ structure for processing, all on previously disturbed ground without tree removal. The Project proposes to connect to the electrical grid, TPUD. Water for the Project would be provided from a permitted onsite groundwater well and a permitted onsite septic system will serve the Project’s wastewater needs.
