Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (1600-2019-0458-R1), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Nikolay Veltchev The project consists of the removal of an existing legacy infiltration well directly adjacent to Barker Creek. The well consists of a cistern located approximately twenty feet from Barker Creek set in the ground at a depth of approximately twelve feet. The cistern structure will be removed by winch and cable, and the cavity will be backfilled with clean washed rock. All piping and associated infrastructure will be disconnected and removed. The project will require ground disturbance and hand trimming of vegetation. No work within Barker Creek is anticipated or necessary
