Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-TRI-23629-R1I), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Toma Vaglarski. The project is limited to the diversion of water from Reading Creek for domestic use only on a parcel associated with cannabis cultivation. The point of diversion (POD) is an existing seep well with a pump on the eastside bank of Reading Creek. Diversion will adhere to a valid water right authorized by the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB).
