Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 015-170-014-000, 015-170-018-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-817) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; LCA24-0000198). Cultivation activities include approx. 9,984sf of mature canopy in (156) 8’x8’ outdoor pots and a 20’x96’ greenhouse for immature canopy. Existing support infrastructure includes an 8’x20’ metal container for packaging; an 8’x20’ metal container for processing, harvest storage, and a 5’x8’ area for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage; an 8’x20’ metal container for processing and harvest storage; a 12’x12’ composting area; four (4) 2,500-gallon tanks for water storage and a 5,000-gallon nutrient mixing tank. The project proposes to reduce the immature greenhouse from 20’x96’ to 20’x50’ and install a solar array for the proposed dwelling. Water for the project will be supplied by a permitted groundwater well located on APN: 015-170-027 through a deeded easement; a permitted onsite septic will serve the project’s wastewater needs; and energy is supplied by solar array.
