The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-TRI-39014-R1, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Ship of the Sun LLC as represented by Sherrie Sutherland. The project is limited to one encroachment, a water diversion from a seep well in an unnamed tributary to Pelletreau Creek. Water is diverted for domestic and commercial cannabis irrigation. Project activities include the diversion of water and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure (Project). Construction of the seep well infrastructure was authorized and completed under LSA number 1600-2017-0065-R1.
