Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 008-260-011-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-422) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities will include approx. 10,000sqft of mature canopy in greenhouses of various dimensions: 12’x104’, 12’x104’, 12’x118’, 12’x120’, 8’x165’, 28’x110’, and 8’x31’. Existing support infrastructure includes a permitted onsite groundwater well, a 15’x15’ cannabis compost area, a 1,650sqft immature greenhouse, a 50’x80’ multi-use structure for ag chemical storage, drying, processing, harvest storage as well as one (1) 2,500-gallon water storage tank; there are seven (7) 8’x40’ containers onsite that are not currently designated for cannabis use, and will be permitted appropriately if proposed for transition to project related use in future years. There are several ponds onsite that are not used for cannabis irrigation as well as a 430sqft, 225sqft and 160sqft structures for domestic use only. There is a permitted septic system onsite that services the project’s wastewater needs. Power for the project is provided by PG&E.
