Document Description
The project is limited to diversion of water and maintenance of diversion facilities for year-round domestic and irrigation beneficial uses. Water is diverted from Mill Creek by a solar submersible pump through a 4-inch line and supplies water to pressure tanks above the diversion, to the property. This is an existing point of diversion (POD) that diverts water at 2-gallons per minute. Maintenance consists of removing debris accumulated in the diversion infrastructure. Water for commercial cannabis irrigation is provided by both the diversion and a ground water well; CDFW has reviewed the Permittee’s Lake or Streambed Alteration Notification (Notification) materials, and no other projects subject to 1600 were disclosed related to cannabis cultivation.
