The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (1600-2019-0763-R1), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Anahat Singh, representing Trinity Alpine Cannabis, LLC. The project consists of the replacement of an existing culvert and the continued use of an existing surface water diversion on a tributary to Devil’s Gulch Creek. The diversion is for domestic uses only.
