Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of mature outdoor cannabis located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 019-420-017-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-211) and a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0005374; Expires on 2025-04-10). Existing activities include the cultivation of approx. 8,631.25sqft of mature canpy in terraced garden with a total of (114) 36sqft, (24) 49sqft, (77) 42.25sqft canopy pots and a 7’x14’ (98sqft) raised bed. Existing cannabis support infrastructure includes a 10’x12’ shed for processing; a 10’x12’ shed for ag chemical storage; a 10’x12’ shed for petroleum storage; an 8’x20’ metal container for processing and harvest storage; a 20’x30’ hoop house structure for immature canopy; a 500-gallon and two (2) 1,500-gallon water storage tanks; a 10’x12’ fenced compost area; a permitted onsite groundwater well; and a permitted on-site septic system. Power for the project site is provided through multiple generators less than 50hp. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist. SPECIAL NOTES: 1. A minor modification was received on 06/24/2024 to clarify the total existing mature canopy from recently installed (23) 6‘x6’ Boxes and a 7’x14’ Bed on the lowest terrace as well as replacing others on the upper terraced garden areas.
