Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed light mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 015-190-017-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-755) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; LCA24-0000212). Cultivation activities will include up to 10,000 sf of mature canopy in four (4) proposed 30’x100’ greenhouse for mature canopy and construction of a proposed 20’x100’ greenhouse for immature canopy. Other support infrastructure includes the construction of a 20’x30’ processing building; construction of a 30’x60’ building for processing and harvest storage; installation of a 8’x20’ shipping container for agricultural and chemical/pesticide storage; installation of five (5) 550-gallon nutrient mixing tanks; installation of two (2) 5,000-gallon water storage tanks; and installation of a 12’x12’ composting area for cannabis waste. Project development will occur on two (2) previously graded flats. Water for the project is provided by a permitted groundwater well; a permitted septic will serve as the project’s waste water needs; the project is connected to an electrical grid provided by Trinity PUD with a backup generator.
