Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed light mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 011-410-015-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-710) and has an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL23-0000309 Expires: 2025-01-26). Cultivation activities include up to 10,000 sf of mature canopy in thirteen (13) proposed 6’x100’ hoop houses and three (3) 6’x50’ hoop houses for mature canopy, and six (6) proposed 6’x100’ hoop houses for immature canopy. Other existing support infrastructure include a 20’x25’ building for harvest storage and processing; a 10’x15’ composting area; a 20’x22’ building for Agricultural chemical/pesticide storage; and a 5,000-gallon water storage tank. Proposed structures will be installed in natural tree canopy openings and will not require any tree removal, grading, or heavy equipment use. Water for the project is provided by a permitted onsite groundwater well; a permitted onsite septic will serve as the project’s waste water needs; the project is connected to an electrical grid provided by Trinity PUD with a backup generator.
