Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 020-510-039-000 & 020-510-038-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-529) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0005270, Expires on 2025-04-22) as well as a Distributor - Transport Only (DCC; C13-0000172-LIC, Expires on 2025-04-22). Cultivation activities will include approx. 10,000sqft of mature canopy in five (5) hoop houses of various dimensions. Existing support infrastructure includes a 784sqft compost area, 1,889sqft steel building for general storage, harvest storage and drying, processing; two (2) additional hoop houses for 540sqft and 420sqft immature canopy, as well as a 2,705sqft immature staging area and 828sqft garage for immature canopy as well as ag chemical storage. There is a septic system onsite that services the project’s wastewater needs. Power for the project is provided by PG&E. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
