Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 014-290-035-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-795) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; LCA22-0001510) as well as a Distributor – Self Transport License (DCC). Cultivation activities will include approx. 9,200sqft of mature canopy in five (5) 30’ x 96’ proposed greenhouses (containing four (4) 5’ x 92’ rows each). Existing support infrastructure includes a permitted onsite groundwater well. There is a permitted septic system onsite that services the project’s wastewater needs. Power for the project is provided by TPUD. Proposed activities include the installation of a 30’x35’ greenhouse for immature canopy, a 12’x20’ compost area for cannabis waste, a 30’x40’ shop for processing, an 8’x20’ container for harvest storage and a 10’x12’ shed for ag chemical storage. Project development will not require additional ground disturbance or tree removal. There are currently no water tanks proposed for use with this project, only irrigation lines.
