Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 019-690-011-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-137) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Cultivation activities include approx. 9,936sqft of mature canopy in twenty-three (23) 6’x72’ (432sqft) hoop rows; with an additional (17) 6’x72’ hoop rows for immature canopy. Existing support infrastructure includes an 8’x40’ (32sqft) metal shipping/storage container for harvest storage, a 400sqft composting area, a 10’x12’ (120sqft) wooden shed for equipment storage, and three (3) 3,000-gallon water storage tanks. Proposed activities include the installation of an additional 10’x12’ (120sqft) wooden shed on previously disturbed area for pesticides and ag chemicals storage. Water is provided from an existing permitted onsite groundwater well. There is a permitted septic system onsite that services the projects’ wastewater needs. Power for the project is provided by PG&E. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist. SPECIAL NOTES: 1. Per Trinity County Code 17.43.050, 315-816, 6 b. “Canopy that is less than the required three hundred fifty-foot distance from an adjacent parcel, with a legal residential structure, that has a cultivation license.” – this project is not required to supply attenuation plans for setback less than 350’ from the residential structure on APN 019-690-012, associated with CCL-500.
