Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of mature mixed-light cannabis located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 009-470-07-00. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-186) and a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0000719). Existing activities include the cultivation of 9,920 sf of mature mixed-light cannabis grown in twelve (12) hoop houses of various dimensions, one (1) 1,920-sf greenhouse, and one 2,400-sf greenhouse. The hoop houses would be replaced with three (3) 1,400-sf greenhouses and one 3,000-sf greenhouse. Existing cannabis support infrastructure totals approx. 1.508 SF including a 640-sf processing, administrative hold, and harvest storage shop; a 120-sf pesticide and agricultural chemical hold shed; a 320-sf shipping container to be used for processing hold and immature cultivation; a 200-sf carport for general storage; a 168-sf cannabis compost area; five (5) water tanks of various capacity; two (2) nutrient mixing tanks of various capacity; two groundwater wells and a 60-sf general storage shed. Power for the project site is provided through an existing connection with the Trinity Public Utility District’s grid. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist. SPECIAL NOTES: The Site Map/Appendix C identified a 6’x62’ hoop tunnel, measured onsite as approx. 6’x59’; Site Map/Appendix C identified a 6’x72’ hoop tunnel, measured onsite as approx. 6’x74’; outside Immature Area was removed and no longer existing; (1) 500G identified inside (24’x100’ GH) onsite, not included on Site Map or within Appendix C Checklist.
