A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist. Special Notes: A variance from the neighboring structure within 350ft is not required at this time because the neighboring structures are not legal dwellings and therefore are not currently considered as sensitive receptors. Further review and potential variance could be required if/when a neighboring residence is finaled with occupancy. Future development including updating all existing temporary facilities with permitted structures (including minor excavation and grading, and installation of footings and foundations, as assembly of all building materials) is not included with this determination, and needs to be described in full with Resubmission of Appendix C Checklist including updated discussion of mitigation measures and proposed Site Map prior to further technical review and approval of any future modifications.
