Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 014-180-019-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-820) and currently holds an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; LCA24-0000192). Cultivation activities include approx. 9,972sqft of mature canopy. Existing support infrastructure includes a municipal water connection with Trinity Waterworks District #1 for irrigation use and a 6’x10’ shed for ag chemical storage. There is a permitted septic system that services the projects’ wastewater needs. Power for the project is provided by TPUD. Proposed project activities include minimal grading for the installation of six (6) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks, (277) 6’x6’ mature outdoor canopy areas, (2) 6’x40’ hoop houses for immature canopy, two (2) 16’x40’ and a 30’x60’ buildings for processing, harvest storage, 10’x12’ shed for harvest storage and a 10’x10’ compost area. Project development will require removal of approximately 95 dead oak and grey pines trees. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
