Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 008-120-003-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-274) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL18-0000886, Expires: 2025-04-29). Proposed cultivation activities will include approximately 9,538 SF of mature canopy in outdoor cultivation pots of various sizes, and approximately 320 SF of immature canopy in a 16’x20’ structure. Existing support infrastructure includes a 12’x10’ shed for fertilizer and pesticide storage; a 10’x12’ shed for harvest storage and admin hold area; a 12’x30’ structure for processing; a 25’x68’ structure for drying; a 20’x20’ area for composting of cannabis waste; a 500,000-gallon off-stream rainwater catchment pond; and a 660-gallon tank for water storage. A permitted septic will serve as the project’s wastewater needs; a 500,000-gallon rainwater catchment pond will supply the project with its water needs; and permitted solar system will supply the project with its energy needs.
