Document Description
: The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 025-300-005-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-807) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control. Cultivation activities include approx. 5,004 sqft of mature canopy in eight (8) raised beds comprised of a 6’x39’, a 6’x43’, 6’x97’, 6’x98’, two (2) 6’x49’, two (2) 6’x6’, and fifty-one (51) 6’x6’ outdoor areas; as well as two (2) 6’x20’ hoop houses for immature canopy. Existing support infrastructure includes a 4’x8’ container for agricultural and chemical storage; a 16’x24’ building for post-harvest processing that will become harvest storage and packaging area; an 8’x14’ shed for petroleum storage and administrative hold, two (2) cannabis waste staging areas where the waste will be chipped and tiled back into the soil; two (2) 500-gallon, two (2) 1,000-gallon, and two (2) 5,000-gallon tanks for water storage. The project proposes to install a 10’x12’ shed for packaging on previously disturbed ground. Water for the project will be supplied by a permitted onsite groundwater well; a permitted onsite septic system will serve the project’s wastewater needs; and power for the project is provided by Trinity PUD.
