Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 019-530-037-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-812) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; LCA24-0000079). Cultivation activities will include approx. 9,000sqft of mature canopy in (255) 6’x6’ canopy areas. Existing support infrastructure includes an onsite permitted groundwater well, a 3,000-gallon and two (2) 550-gallon water storage tanks, an 8’x20’ container for processing, a 10’x12’ shed for ag chemicals and a 10’x12’ cannabis waste area. There is a permitted septic system that services the projects’ wastewater needs. Power for the project is provided by solar array. Proposed activities include the installation of three (3) 6’x100’ hoop-houses and the addition of one 10’x12’ area for immature canopy; a 5,000-gallon water storage tank; a 10’x12’ shed for harvest storage and another 8’x20’ metal container for processing on previously disturbed area.
