Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN019-550-007-000, 019-550-008-000, and 019-550-009-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-354) and currently holds an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0005213, Expires on 2025-05-26). Existing support infrastructure on 170 Three Hills (APN: 019-550-009-000) includes a permitted well (WP2014-127), 81 (5’x5’) outdoor boxes for mature canopy (2,025sqft), an (8’x13’) storage shed, (10’ x 12’) storage shed, (16’ x 39’) dry space; on 190 Three Hills (APN: 019-550-008-000), there is permitted groundwater well, 124 (5’x5’) outdoor boxes for mature canopy (3,100sqft), an (8’x10’) nutrient storage shed, an (8’x6’) utility shed, a (2,500 gallon) water tank, three (3) (280 gallon) nutrient mixing tanks, (16’x47’) dry space and (5’ x 14’) solar panel (for well pump); on 230 Three Hills (APN: 019-550-007-000) there is another additional permitted groundwater wells, 195 (5’x5’) outdoor boxes for mature canopy (4,875sqft), two (2) (2,500 gallon), and an (8’x13’) utility shed. There is a permitted septic system that services the projects’ wastewater needs located on APN 019-550-008. Power for the project is provided by generators under 50hp with proposed transition to solar power systems. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
