Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 015-050-047-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-182) and is also seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control. Cultivation activities include approx. 9,600sqft of mature canopy in forty (40) 8 ft x 24 ft garden boxes and thirty (30) 8 ft x 8 ft garden boxes; 10 ft x12.25 ft immature plant area. Existing support infrastructure includes a permitted groundwater well for cultivation and domestic purposes, two (2) 2,600-gallon water storage tanks, 16 ft diameter secured area dedicated to composting of organic cannabis waste, processing will occur within a 20 ft x 36.75 ft area within a 40 ft x 36.75 ft metal building; harvest storage will be in a 20 ft x 12.25 ft area inside of the metal building; Agricultural chemical storage will also occur within a 122.5sqft section of the metal building. Power is provided by TPUD and a permitted septic system on-site serves the project’s wastewater needs. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
