Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of Small Outdoor canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 014-420-019-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-814) and is also seeking an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; LCA24-0000209). Cultivation activities include approx. 8,639sqft of mature canopy in (47) 5’x5’ (49sqft canopy each) and (104) 4’x4’ as well (72) additional proposed 4’x4’ raised boxes with 1’ additional overhang, 36sqft canopy areas each. Existing support infrastructure includes a permitted groundwater well, four (4) 2,500-gallon and one (1) 1,500-gallon water storage tanks; one 30’x50’ building (BP2007-240) for immature canopy (20’x30’) and processing that will become harvest storage and packaging (30’x30’), a 10’x26’ hoop-house for immature canopy; and a 7.5’x8’ shed for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage. Proposed activities include the installation of a 10’x30’ hoop-house for immature canopy; two (2) 8’x8’ and one (1) 8’x20’ cannabis waste and composting areas in previously disturbed area.
