Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement 1600-2019-0677-R1), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Aneliya Nikolova. The project is limited to diversion of surface water from a spring-fed tributary to Reading Creek for both commercial cannabis cultivation and domestic purposes. This Agreement allows for surface water diversion from the existing spring box located on APN 015-190-84-00. Water is gravity fed 1600-feet downslope via an existing 1.25-inch PVC buried pipeline at a maximum rate of 500 gallons per day.
