Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 019-350-034-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-527) and currently holds an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL20-0000153, Expires on 2024-08-17). Cultivation activities include approx. 9,800sqft of mature canopy in four (4) 30’x98’ metal greenhouses with 25’x98’ of canopy space (2,450sqft) each. Existing support infrastructure includes a 6’x100’ hoop row for immature canopy, 10’x20’ compost area, 5’x8’ nutrient storage shed, 12’x12’ petroleum storage shed, and the greenhouses detailed above will also be used for drying and harvest storage; a permitted onsite groundwater well, a 5,000-gallon water storage tank and a 500-gallon nutrient mixing tank. There is a permitted onsite septic system that services the projects’ wastewater needs. Power is provided by generators under 50hp with a proposed solar system to be installed.
