Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-TRI-19373-R1I), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Justice Ranch LLC, as represented by Trevor Allen. Project 1 is limited to the cultivation of commercial cannabis near a delineated wetland that is hydrologically connected to an intermittent tributary to Yew Wood Creek. Project 2 is limited to upgrading an existing culverted stream crossing at an intermittent tributary to Yew Wood Creek. The existing crossing consists of a 36-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP). 18-inch angular rock slope protection (RSP) will be added to existing RSP as needed. Additionally, an engineered rolling dip will be installed at the crossing to allow for the conveyance of extreme storm flows. Project 3 is limited to the replacement of a defunct culverted stream crossing at an ephemeral tributary to Yew Wood Creek with a new 24-inch CMP. The new CMP has been calculated by a qualified engineer to properly convey the flows of a 100-year storm event.
