Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-TRI-43698-R1I, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Emerald Choice, Inc, as represented by Natalie McNamara. The project is limited to the operation and maintenance of an existing diversion utilizing a concrete culvert seep well, located on the eastern bank of Grass Valley Creek, for both irrigation and domestic purposes. Three 36-inch corrugated metal culverts were installed under a previous Agreement (1600-2017-0279-R1) and will be maintained in their current state.
