Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the continuation of existing cultivation activities located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 015-050-038. The applicant currently holds an Adult Use – Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Adult-Use Cannabis Cultivation License from the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) (CCL20-0001261 Cultivation, expires 2023-10-01) and is applying for a cannabis cultivation license from the Trinity County Planning Department (CCL-709) to cultivate up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of mature mixed-light canopy. The existing cultivation currently includes four (4) 30’x96’ greenhouses for immature canopy which will be repurposed for mature canopy. Existing Support infrastructure includes a 10’x10’ cannabis waste composting area; a 5’x3’ agricultural chemical/pesticide storage; a 36-kilowatt diesel generator; two (2) 1,500-gallon water storage tanks; three (3) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks; a 250-gallon nutrient mixing tank; a permitted groundwater well that serves both domestic and agricultural needs. Proposed activities at this site will not increase result in new ground disturbance as structures will be installed on the existing graded pad. These activities include: construction of a 20’x60’ building containing the following: a 46’x20’ area for processing which will become harvest storage then become packaging, a 10’x15’ area for immature canopy, a 2’x4’ tote for an administrative holding area, and a 4’x6’ area for agricultural chemical storage; and installation of one (1) 8’x10’ shed for harvest storage.
