Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of mature mixed-light cannabis and 1,460 sf of support area located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 018-630-011-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-108) and currently holds a provisional Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL18-0000079). Existing activities include the cultivation of 9,987 sf of mature mixed-light cannabis grown in two greenhouses and three hoop house areas with 26 hoop houses total of various dimensions. Four (4) greenhouses of various dimensions would be constructed to allow for the cultivation of 8,780 sf of mature mixed-light cannabis canopy, and two (2) of the existing hoop houses would remain in use to provide an additional 500 sf of mature mixed-light cannabis canopy, resulting in 9,280-sf total of mature mixed-light cannabis. These new proposed greenhouses would be located in the same area and replace the existing two greenhouses, while the two hoop houses would be located to the south of the on-site garage. Existing cannabis support infrastructure includes a 320-sf container for drying, processing, immature plants, and harvest storage; an 820-sf garage used for harvest storage; twelve (12) water tanks of various capacity; a permitted well; and permitted septic system. Proposed cannabis support infrastructure includes the installation of another 320-sf metal container for drying, processing, harvest and immature plant storage. A water storage pond with capacity of approximately 135,000-gallons is proposed to be installed by the end of 2023. Power for the project site is provided through an existing connection to Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E).
