Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light cannabis located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 014-420-22-00. The designated area totals 10,140 SF. The applicant is seeking an Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-732) and a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL22-0000645). Cultivation activities include 9,660 SF of mixed-light canopy and 480 SF of immature plant area. The proposed project includes use of a groundwater well for water source; a 250-gallon, a 1,000-gallon, a 1,500-gallon, a 2,500-gallon, and five (5) 3,000-gallon water storage tanks; a 10’x12’ locked and fenced cannabis waste composting area; a 8’x12’ shed for agricultural chemical/pesticide storage and harvest storage; 6’x80’ hoop house that serves as a processing area; 6’x80’ hoop house (for immature canopy cultivation); a mature canopy cultivation area consisting of a 5’x35’, a 5’x40’, a 5’x60’, a 5’x66’, a 5’x75’, a 5’x78’, two (2) 5’x83’, a 5’x85’, a 5’x88’, three (3) 5’x90’, two (2) 5’x92’, and seven (7) 5’x95’ hoop houses. Proposed activities include installation of four (4) 5’x30’ hoop houses for mature canopy cultivation on a previously disturbed area.
