Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of mature mixed-light cannabis located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 019-330-23-00. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-372) and a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0000417). Existing activities include the cultivation of approx. 9,270 sf of mature mixed-light cannabis in a 20’x96’ hoop house, a 30’x55’ hoop house, a 20’x45’ hoop house, and two (2) 30’x80’ hoop houses; three (3) 6’x40’ hoop houses for immature canopy. Existing cannabis support infrastructure includes a 320-sf shipping container for processing, harvest storage, packaging, and administrative hold, a 120-sf shed for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage, two (2) 3,000-gallon water tanks, and two (2) nutrient mixing tanks of various capacity. The project applicant will establish a 100-sf cannabis waste area for composting in a previously disturbed location on the project site. Water for the project would be provided by an on-site well, and a permitted, on-site septic system would serve the project’s wastewater needs. Power for the project site is provided by use of a Predator 8,000 generator and solar panels. No additional ground disturbance associated with cannabis is proposed.
