Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of 3,200 square feet (sf) of mature outdoor cannabis and 1,820 sf of support area located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 019-420-17-00. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-211) and a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). Existing activities include the cultivation of 3,200 sf of mature outdoor cannabis consisting of 200 plants grown in 4 foot x 4 foot raised beds. There is an existing 700-sf hoophouse designated for immature cultivation located adjacent to the mature cultivation area. Existing cannabis support infrastructure totals 1,120 sf of support buildings for processing, drying, administrative hold, and secured storage of pesticides and fertilizer including three (3) 10’x12’ sheds, one (1) 8’x20’ metal container, and one (1) 20’x30’ structure; three (3) 1550gal water storage tanks; 10’x12’ fenced compost area; a permitted well; septic system; Power for the project site is provided through the onsite solar system, and backup generators. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist. SPECIAL NOTES: The 10’x12’ compost area (120sqft) is included on the site map but not detailed in the Project Description; Total area of support buildings with compost area is approx. 1,940 sf.
