Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the continuation of existing cultivation activities located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 012-050-020. The applicant currently holds an expired Adult Use – Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) (CCL18-0001281) and is applying for a cannabis cultivation license from the Trinity County Planning Department (CCL-012) to cultivate up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of mature mixed-light canopy. See below for additional project information. The existing cultivation currently includes one (1) 84’x144’ greenhouse (12,096 sqft total) with approx. 9,504 sqft of mature canopy. Other structures used to support cultivation operations total approx. 4,850 sqft including a 1,296-sf shop for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage and immature canopy area (24’x36’); a 64’x36’ shop for processing that will transition to harvest storage with a 2’x3’ tote for administrative hold; a 50’x25’ cannabis waste area for composting; a groundwater well for domestic and agricultural use; a spring diversion for domestic use; a 5,000-gallon, a 4,000-gallon, and a 2,500-gallon water storage tank for agricultural use; two (2) 800-gallon nutrient mixing tanks; a 2,500-gallon water storage and a 2,500-gallon rain catchment tank for fire suppression; and three (3) 2,500-gallon water storage tanks for domestic use. There are no plans for construction or expansion, and there will be no soil disturbance or construction activities. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
