Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of mixed-light mature canopy located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 014-420-014-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-264) and currently holds an Adult-Use Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19-0001542, Expires on 2024-10-10). Cultivation activities include approx. 9,620sqft of mature canopy in three (3) existing 30’x100’ greenhouses with 27’x100; canopy area each and one (1) proposed 20’x80’ greenhouse with 19’x80’ canopy area in previously disturbed area. Existing support infrastructure includes a 10’x10’ cannabis waste holding and composting area, a 36’x60’ building for post-harvest processing that will become harvest storage, administrative hold (2’x3’ tote) and agricultural chemical and pesticide storage (2’x3’), a permitted groundwater well for both agricultural and domestic purposes, six (6) 2,500gal and four (4) 500gal nutrient mixing tanks. Proposed infrastructure includes the addition of the 20’x80’ greenhouse as mentioned before and the addition of a 10’x12’ agricultural chemical/pesticide storage shed. No heavy equipment will be needed to implement the proposed reconfiguration activities. There is a permitted private septic system onsite and power is provided by TPUD. This updated Notice of Determination is being processed as result of request submitted on 12/21/2023 for minor modification to a previously approved project; changes include the removal of supplemental lights and transition to outdoor license type
