Document Description
: The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of 10,000 square feet (sf) of mature mixed-light cannabis located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 018-090-04-00. The applicant is seeking an Adult-Use-Specialty Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-705) and currently holds an Adult-Use-Specialty Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC, CCL22-0000242). Existing activities include five 6’x53’ hoop houses and fourteen 6’x100’ hoop houses for mature canopy; one 4,390 ft2; one 1,600 ft2; and one 4,000 ft2 outdoor cultivation area for immature canopy. Existing cannabis support infrastructure include an 8’x40’ shipping container for general storage, an 8’x40’ shipping container including an 8’x20’ processing area and an 8’x20’ packaging area, an 8’x40’ shipping container including and 8’x20’ processing area and an 8’x20’ harvest storage area, a 10’x10’ cannabis waste holding and composting area, an 8’x12’shed for administrative hold, a groundwater well for agricultural and domestic purposes on an adjacent parcel (APN: 018-460-07-00) also owned by the Project proponent, an 8’x15’4” shed used as a solar power station, with an array of solar panels mounted to the roof, three 5,000-gallon water storage tanks and a 10’x12’ shed including agricultural chemical/pesticide storage (8’x10’) and an office (4’x10’) within that 120sqft shed.
