Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the continuation of existing cultivation activities located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 015-410-29-00. The applicant currently holds an expired Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) (CCL20-0002226, expired 2022-03-22) and is applying for a cannabis cultivation license from the Trinity County Planning Department (CCL-665) to cultivate up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of mature mixed-light canopy. The existing cultivation currently includes Five (5) Hoop Houses 30’ x 100’ = (15,000 sf) 25 rows of 4’ x 100’ = 10,000 sf of Mature Canopy; One (1) Hoop House 30’ x 65’ = (1,950 sf) with 5 rows of 4’ x 65’ = 1,300 sf and One (1) Hoop House 30’ x 100’ = (3,000 sf) with 5 rows of 4’ x 100’ = 2,000 sf for Immature Canopy. Exisiting Support Infrastructure includes Petroleum Storage Shed 10’ x 10’ = (100 sf), Chemical and Fertilizer Storage Shed 10’ x 10’ = (100 sf), Storage Container Processing, packaging, labeling, Administrative hold, and Secure Harvest Storage 8’ x 40’ = (320 sf), Storage Container Processing, immature plant area, and Secure Harvest Storage (3) 8’ x 40’ = (960 sf), 2 Permitted Groundwater Wells, three (3) 5,000gal and five (5) 2,500gal water storage tanks, approx. (27) 550gal Nutrient Mixing Tanks, a 10’x12’ (120sf) Cannabis Compost and 10’x12’ (120sf) Soil Storage Area. The project proposes an additional twenty-one (21) 5,000gal water storage tanks to be installed in the southwest corner of the parcel.
