Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of outdoor cannabis located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 022-360-19-00. The project currently cultivates 7,320 of mature canopy and has proposed 2,676 sf additional canopy within a previously disturbed area that is surrounded by an existing fence and an immature plant area within the former nursery building is 3,432 sf. Mature cultivation will occur in 34 6’ x 6’ minihoops. No significant changes to the cultivation site or associated activities are proposed. The project proposes zero grading and no new disturbance areas will be created. The project does not propose to expand the designated area Existing support infrastructure includes a 44’ X 78’ two-story building for processing, administratie hold area, harvest storage, and immature plant area; two (2) 100 sf sheds for chemical and fertilizer storage, and petroleum storage; a 100 sf compost area; 25 5,000-gal water tanks; a 2,500-gal water tank for fire suppression. A more detailed project description can be found in the attached Appendix C Checklist. SPECIAL NOTES: The project refers to proposed manufacturing and transport only distribution licenses in an existing 45’ x 40’ two-story building. These licenses and their operation were not incorporated into this environmental review and compliance determination.
