Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of Small Mixed-Light cannabis. The project proposes to convert temporary hoop house locations into mixed-light with a combination of both temporary hoop houses and permitted greenhouses in the same footprint of the current cultivation areas. No significant changes to the cultivation site or associated activities are proposed. The proposed Disturbed area currently amounts to approx. 11,820sqft. There are currently two (2) hoop houses 30'x100', one (1) 25’x100’ hoop house (2,500 sqft) and one (1) hoop house 30’x40’ (1,200 sqft) used for mature canopy; one (1) hoop house 10’x80’ (800 sqft) used for immature canopy. Existing support infrastructure includes: and one (1) 15’x15’ Pesticide and Ag Chemical storage area. Proposed support infrastructure includes: two (2) approximately 30'x100' permitted greenhouses, one (1) 25x100 permitted greenhouse, one (1) 30x50 permitted greenhouse for mature cultivation, one (1) proposed metal structure 20’x60’ (1,200 sqft) for processing, packaging and harvest storage and one (1) proposed shed 10’x12’ (120 sqft) for secure cannabis waste storage. Construction activities related to the installation of future permitted greenhouses will take approximately 6 - 8 weeks and will include minor grading and foundation preparation with a small tractor (skidsteer and mini-excavator.) and will be conducted outside of the nesting period (work to be conducted between Sept. 1 and Jan. 31). Special Notes: The 15x15 storage area will no longer be used once the proposed 120 sf storage shed is built.
