Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) is the continuation of existing cultivation activities located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 011-430-15-00. The applicant currently holds an Adult Use – Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) (CCL20-0000473, expires on 2024-04-29) and is applying for a cannabis cultivation license from the Trinity County Planning Department (CCL-530) to cultivate up to 10,000 square feet (sf) of mature outdoor canopy. The existing cultivation currently includes 8,600 sqft of outdoor canopy consisting of approx. eighty (80) in-ground and/or raised wooden beds of various lengths within a previously disturbed cultivation area. Other structures used to support cultivation operations include a 24’x52’ greenhouse for immature canopy, a permitted groundwater well, five (5) 2,500 gallon water storage tanks, a 28’x16’ multi-use out building and 24’x16’ multi-use tuff shed for drying, harvest storage, admin hold and chemical storage. There are no plans for construction or expansion, and there will be no soil disturbance or construction activities. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C.
