Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square
feet (SF) of mature mixed-light cannabis and 9,548 SF of support area located in Trinity County on
Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 020-300-021-000. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Tier 1
Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-513) and currently holds a provisional Adult-Use Small Mixed-Light Tier 1 Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL19- 0003180). Proposed activities include the continued cultivation of 9,735.5 SF of Tier 1 mature mixed-light cannabis located in six (6) greenhouses (2-20ft X 150ft and 4-20ft X 96ft) and two (2) 6ft 10in X 86ft hoop houses. Existing cannabis support infrastructure include 3 Conex boxes (8ft X 20ft) to be used for harvest storage, pesticide and fertilizer storage, administrative hold area, cultivation materials storage, generator, fuel, and tool storage. A fourth Conex box (8ft X 40ft) would be designated as Immature Plant Area 1. There is also an existing metal building (30ft X 50ft) on the project site whose first story would be used for processing and harvest storage, as well as 17 water tanks(6-5,000 gal, 3-2,500 gal, and 8-1,000 gal) with a drip irrigation system to provide water for cultivation activities on the project. Water would be provided through an existing permitted groundwater well, and power would be provided by gasoline generators. There is an existing access roadway on site that is 2,700 ft long and 10 feet minimum at its width.
