Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of 497.5 square feet (sf) of mature indoor cannabis and 3,375.5 sf of support area located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 016-240-007-000. The applicant has an Specilty Cottage Indoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-478) and a Specialty Cottage Indoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL21-0000681 Expires: 2024-05-17 ). Existing activities include the cultivation of 497.5 sf of mature indoor cannabis grown in a 1,344-sf shop. Existing cannabis support infrastructure includes a 100-sf cannabis compost area, a 294-sf general storage shed, a 1,875-sf shed for general storage, a 500-gallon water storage tank, a 500-gallon nutrient mixing tank, a septic system, a permitted well, and administrative hold/immature plant storage located in the 1,344-sf shop. Proposed cannabis support infrastructure would include the installation of a 160-sf storage container. The proposed project includes use of an existing permitted groundwater well, and cultivation is irrigated via a timed drip system. Power for the project site is provided through an existing connection to Trinity Public Utility District’s grid. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist.
