Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of up to 10,000 square feet (SF) of outdoor cannabis located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 008-040-013-00. The designated area totals 12,863 SF. The applicant is seeking a Small Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-449) and currently holds a Provisional Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL20-0002013, expires 2024-01-28). The project parcel is located at 661 Wood Lane in Salyer, California. Access to the property is via public paved road, Campbell Ridge Road, that connects to a private road, Wood Lane. Cultivation activities include 9,980 SF of outdoor canopy area and 1,600 SF of immature plant area. The proposed project includes use of a groundwater well for water source. The cultivation is irrigated via a drip system to reduce water loss. The direct footprint of the infrastructure and designated area results in approximately 15,046 SF. A more detailed project description can be found in the Appendix C Checklist. SPECIAL NOTES: Please note the project currently has hoophouses in all the locations where the proposed (P) greenhouses are denoted in the table above. to be replaced within the existing footprint. As such, the hoophouses to be replaced by greenhouses were thus not used in calculation of the canopy area. Additionally, all water tank sizes are estimates.
