Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of 2,765 square feet (sf) of mature outdoor cannabis and 704 sf of support area located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 009-520-23-00. The applicant is seeking a Specialty Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-294) and currently holds a provisional Specialty Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL20-0000620). Existing activities include the cultivation of 2,765 sf of mature outdoor cannabis planted directly in the ground and 144 sf of immature cannabis cultivation planted in a 12 x 12 foot plot in the southwestern corner of the outdoor cannabis garden. Existing cannabis support infrastructure includes a 144-sf cannabis compost area located south of the outdoor garden, one 320-sf shipping container for processing and administrative hold/harvest storage, one 1,550-gallon water tank, two nutrient tanks of various capacity, a 96-sf pump house and pesticide/agricultural chemical storage area, and a permitted groundwater well. Power for the project site is provided through an existing connection to Trinity Public Utility District’s grid.
