Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein is the continuation (renewal) of existing permitted cultivation activities (CCL-217) on Trinity County APN 020-460-10-00. Current cultivation licenses (Trinity County CCL-217 and DCC CCL21-0003913, expires 2023-09-30) allow 10,000 square feet (sq. ft.) of cannabis cultivation as well as propagation and drying of harvested cannabis plants. Both the local and the state licenses are ‘mixed light’ licenses, which, at this site, mean the use of light deprivation techniques (black out tarps) with LED light strings in the cultivation greenhouses for control of plant growth stages (not ‘grow’ lights). At this site, there is no trimming, or packaging. The total flowering plant canopy currently occupies five (5) 2,000 sq.ft (20ft x 100ft) greenhouses for a total of 10,000 sq.ft. Cannabis support buildings and infrastructure include two (2) propagation greenhouses( 20ft x 100ft and 20ft x 60ft), a drying and harvest storage area (30ft x 60ft), two (2) shipping containers used for storage (8ft x 40ft each), a compost area (10ft x 10ft), a large steel water tank, transfer tanks, and irrigation infrastructure area, a well house and well, and a bathhouse. The total project footprint is 29,863 sq. ft. The total designated area is 15,200 sq. ft. The project does not propose create any new disturbance areas for the existing cannabis cultivation project; no new construction is proposed.
