Document Description
The proposed cultivation project described herein (Project) includes the cultivation of 9,996 square feet (sf) of mature mixed-light cannabis and 10,844 sf of support area located in Trinity County on Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 015-110-79-00. The applicant is seeking a Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the County (CCL-054) and currently holds a provisional Small Mixed-Light Cannabis Cultivation License from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC; CCL20-0000363). Existing activities include the cultivation of 9,996 sf of mature mixed-light cannabis grown in seven (7) 2,000-sf greenhouses, and 9,880 sf of immature cannabis grown in one 2,000-sf greenhouse and one 7,880-sf immature plant area located northeast of the greenhouses. Existing cannabis support infrastructure includes three 120-sf sheds used for agricultural chemical and pesticide storage, admin hold area, and general storage; a 40-sf cannabis waste area; a 684-sf building used for processing and harvest storage; seven (7) water storage tanks of various capacity; three (3) nutrient mixing tanks; a permitted groundwater well and a septic system. Power to the project site is provided through an existing connection to the Trinity Public Utility District’s grid. Special Note: The County should note that this compliance memorandum only applies to the existing portion of the operation that includes the cultivation of 9,996-sf of existing mature cannabis with 10,844 sf of support area.
